Redz Restaurant in Mount Laurel has a new spring menu, featuring beer from a Marlton brewery.
Redz spring menu features garden items traditionally found in the garden state paired with selections from neighboring brewery, Zed’s Beer. Zed’s is Marlton’s first brewery and is well known in the area for serving approachable, hand-crafted beers made with locally-sourced and fresh ingredients wherever possible.
Zed’s tasting room is open Thursdays 4-9:30 PM; Fridays 4-10 PM, Saturdays noon-10 PM and Sunday’s noon-6:30 PM. The brewery hosts special events by request. He chose the name Redz in honor of all the red-haired women who have had such an influence in his life. Offering American inspired fare, Redz only uses the freshest and closest-to-the-source ingredients. For more information about the restaurant visit redzrestaurant.com.
